What is the diifference between the FREE version and the Physical version? Is it my understanding that the FREE version just gives a 30K foot overview and the Physical version gives the whole soup to nuts? Will I need any additional training after the initial course? Is the objective of the course just to make money from the taxpayer who redeems the taxes in arrears? What percentages of certificate buyers wind up foreclosing on the property and then owning the property?

No, you do not need to have a corporation or business entity to purchase and profit with tax lien certificates or tax deed properties. Although purchasing tax lien certificates or tax deed properties with a corporation will offer a layer of protection should something happen.

Tax Lien University Reviews

"I purchased 3 tax lien certificates at an internet auction for Miami-Dade County, Florida. All three were buildable vacant lots in moderate income neighborhoods. The prices were: (1)$1,018.86 (2) $1,224.90 (3) $1,654.82. I got 18% interest on all of them. I placed 39 bids in total."
