In Wyoming, county treasurer's and tax collector's sell tax lien certificates to the winning bidder at the delinquent property tax sale. The property owner has four years to exercise his or her right to redeem the property.

Interest Rate and/or Penalty Rate: 15% per annum plus 3% penalty. (Sec. 39-13-109 New Window).
