1. W hen is the 2013 Tax Deed sale for Boise County?. One internet source says it is in May and another says July.2. To be a bidder do I have to register and show financial resources in advance or just come to the sale with a current bank statement.

Unfortunately Idaho does not sell tax lien certificates. Idaho is a tax deed state which means real estate with delinquent taxes is foreclosed by the county in which the property is located. The county will then offer the property at the tax sale in May of each year.
