We totally, understand the recession has definitely taken a toll on pretty much everyone. The good news is that tax lien certificates and tax deeds can get you back on track! Unfortunately Maine does not sell tax lien certificates, they sell tax deeds. This means you can get the property, many times for just the back taxes.
