In Wyoming, the County Tax Collector will sell Tax Lien Certificates to winning bidders at the Converse County Tax Lien Certificates sale. According to state law Wyoming Tax Lien Certificates can earn as much as 15% per annum 3% on the amount winning bidders pay to purchase Wyoming Tax Lien Certificates. In addition, Wyoming Tax Lien Certificates are secured by real estate. According to Wyoming law a property owner has Four (4) years to pay Converse County the amount the winning bidder paid to purchase the Tax Lien Certificates plus 15% per annum 3% or risk forfeiting the property to the person who purchased the Tax Lien Certificates at the Converse County Tax Lien Certificates sale.
